This is a Visual essay in connection with my dissertation topic showcasing the biggest challenges and changes the Fashion Industry and what the future holds for the industry. Focusing on inclusivity and diversity in the industry also the strong diversion in Fashion has taken to make sure everybody feels accepted. I also discuss the effects that social media has on body image and self-confidence; also the positive and negative connotations fast fashion has accumulated over the years. The main focus is to celebrate bigger bodies.
The pages throughout the publication start from 00 all the way up to a 40; instead of generic page numbers. The numbers are significant as they are the clothing size range we offer in the UK from the year 2019 in selected retailers. The deep purple colour represents power, ambition and feminine energy which i thought fit well with my topic.
